Last updated: July 2026
These Terms govern the submission of materials, applications and messages to PRIMAL LAW (the "Project") through the website primallawmovie.com (the "Site"). By submitting any material you accept these Terms.
1. Ownership of materials. You declare that the materials you submit (texts, images, videos, audio, CVs, portfolios, links) are your own original work or that you hold all rights, licenses and consents necessary to share them with the Project, including any rights of third parties portrayed or referenced.
2. Nature of the submission. Submitting materials is voluntary and is intended solely to allow the Project to evaluate a possible collaboration. It does not create any employment relationship, agency, partnership, co-authorship, ownership, creative credit, obligation to reply or right to any form of compensation. Any collaboration will only arise from a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Limited license to evaluate. For the sole purpose of evaluating your submission internally, you grant the Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to view, store, reproduce internally and share the materials with the Project's team, collaborators and advisors bound by confidentiality. No public use, publication or distribution of your materials is authorised by these Terms.
4. Confidentiality. Materials marked as confidential will be treated as such. Where the Project shares confidential information with you, you agree to keep it confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. Where appropriate, the Project may ask you to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any exchange.
5. No obligation to review or reply. The Project may accept, reject, ignore, delete or return submissions at its sole discretion, without providing reasons and without notice.
6. Prohibited content. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing on third-party rights, or that contains malware. The Project may remove such content immediately and report unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.
7. Independent creation. The Project routinely receives materials and independently develops its own ideas. You acknowledge that similar or identical ideas, themes or storylines may already be under development. Submission does not create any obligation to compensate you if the final work shares similarities with your submission unless a specific written agreement is signed.
8. Retention and deletion. Submitted materials are retained for the time strictly necessary to evaluate the submission and manage related communications, then archived or deleted according to the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion at any time by writing to info@primallawmovie.com.
9. Personal data. The processing of personal data included in submissions is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Liability. The Site and the evaluation of submissions are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Project excludes any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the submission or from the use of the Site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Project has its operating seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Changes. The Project may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date and will apply to submissions made after publication.
